This is for men who are serious about making a permanent change to their physique and approach to health. Whether you're a beginner with no training history or an experienced lifter who has hit a plateau, the only prerequisite is a willingness to be honest, show up, and execute consistently. If you're looking for a quick fix, this is not the right fit.
A minimum of three months is required to begin. Real physiological change takes time, and short-term engagements produce short-term results. That said, there is no long-term lock-in — coaching continues on a monthly basis after the initial period. The expectation is simply that you come in ready to commit fully.
A gym environment is strongly preferred, as progressive resistance training is central to everything. That said, programs can be adapted for well-equipped home setups. During the application process, you'll detail your available equipment and the program will be built accordingly — no cookie-cutter substitutions.
All coaching is conducted via direct message through a private client app, plus weekly video check-ins for form review and progress assessment. You will never be handed off to an assistant or receive automated responses. Every message is read and answered personally, typically within a few hours during working days.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. You'll complete a short intake form covering your training history, goals, lifestyle, and current nutrition. From there, if it looks like a strong fit, you'll be invited to a brief discovery call to discuss the program in detail. Spots are limited and acceptance is selective — priority is given to those who demonstrate genuine commitment over those simply seeking information.
